Just back home from spending half-term in Trevone, Cornwall. Had a cottage for the 10 of us about 20 yards from the beach. The boys loved the surf and it was a great week.
Not feeling quite so good at the moment - got a very sore back and stomach. Suspect this is "phantom" pain caused by Lymph nodes affected with the cancer pressing on nerves. Also having some shortness of breath and bad coughing. Have an appointment with the Oncologist this Wednesday so will clearly be discussing these delights!!
Having our 3rd annual fireworks party on Friday 6th November - looking like around 20 folks joining us. Then off to Newcastle vs. Peterborough on Saturday for probably the biggest ever crowd to watch a Posh league game.......could be a record score/defeat the way we are playing at the moment!

Good to hear that you had another great trip to Cornwall. Its one of my favorite places in the world - even when its raining. The Phillies have a big game tonight in the World Series....not sure why they call it the World Series - seems like a bunch of American teams to me!
